On the 29th of June 2023, a momentous occasion unfolded at Knowledgeum Academy as we warmly welcomed exceptional IB and IGCSE educators to our esteemed family. The orientation highlighted educators' passion, dedication, and enthusiasm in shaping young minds and preparing them for a bright future. We are confident that their expertise and conviction will empower students with the knowledge, ignite curiosity, and nurture their leadership abilities.
The educator's orientation session commenced with a warm welcome to the academy, during which the brand Knowledgeum and its philosophy were introduced. Subsequently, the session covered essential aspects such as academy policies, curriculum details, and assessments. Engaging icebreaker activities were incorporated to help educators feel at ease and foster a sense of comfort. The orientation ended with a comprehensive session on HR Policies and the utilisation of MySchoolOne ERP Systems.
This incredible chapter marked the beginning of an inspiring journey for our educators. Their commitment and passion for education promise to make a significant difference in students' lives. With innovative teaching approaches, they will promote curiosity and critical thinking, equipping young minds to thrive in a rapidly changing world. Beyond academic knowledge, our educators prioritise instilling life skills and leadership qualities, embracing a universal approach to education. Through their guidance, students will embark on a path of growth and accomplishment.
