1. Modifications of the Terms: The School reserves the right to change the Terms under which the Services are offered, including but not limited to the charges, if any, associated with the use of the Services. The Terms may also be modified by the School from time to time basis changes in business, legal and regulatory requirements. The School will make reasonable efforts to communicate any significant changes to these Terms to you; however, your continuous usage of the Portal shall be deemed as acceptance of the then-current Terms. You are encouraged to periodically visit this page to review these Terms and any changes to it.
2. Modification of Services: The School reserves the right to add, modify or delete any content or features available as part of the Services at any time at its sole discretion.

The Linked Sites are not under the control of the School and the School is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site or any information transmitted by a Linked Site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the School of the Linked Site or any association with its operator(s).
2. Any dealings with third parties (including advertisers) included within or available via a link from the Portal or participation in promotions, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings or promotions, are solely between you and the advertiser or other third party. The School shall not be responsible or liable for any such dealings or promotions.
3. You acknowledge and agree that the use of any Linked Site is governed by such third party’s terms of use, license agreement, privacy policy, and / or any other agreement specified in such Linked Site.
4. THE SCHOOL HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION BY OR OTHER PRACTICES OF ANY THIRD PARTY. THE SCHOOL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO YOUR PERSONAL OR OTHER INFORMATION THAT MAY BE COLLECTED, PROCESSED, SHARED OR RETAINED BY ANY THIRD PARTY.

The School shall own all rights, title and interests including all related intellectual property rights, in the Portal (including but not limited to the object code of the Portal and features of the Services) which rights are protected by applicable laws. You acknowledge that such ownership shall include all intellectual property rights arising from any suggestions, enhancement requests, recommendations or other information provided by any user in the course of use of the Portal.

1. “Content" means all audio/ visual works, including all interactive content, texts, photographs and stickers, made available to you through the Portal. The Content is owned by the School or licensed to the School by third party content providers. Subject to your strict and full compliance with the Terms, the School hereby grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Content for your private and personal use through your device.
2. You shall not display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information which:
   1. belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right to carry out such activity;
   2. is or promotes activities that are harmful, harassing, abusive, threatening, blasphemous, disparaging, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, defamatory, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating to or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever;
   3. is misleading in any way;
   4. is offensive to the online community, such as sexually explicit content, or content that promotes obscenity, paedophilia, racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
   5. involves the transmission of “junk mail”, “chained letters”, or unsolicited mass mailing or “spamming”;
   6. infringes upon or violates any third party’s rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, rights of privacy or rights of publicity);
   7. promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person’s copyrighted work;
   8. provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making and/ or buying illegal weapons, violating someone’s privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
   9. solicits gambling or engages in any gambling activity which we in our sole discretion believe is or could be construed to be as illegal;
   10. harms minors in any way;
   11. violates any law for the time being in force;
   12. impersonates another person;
   13. contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programmes designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; or contains any trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, diminish value of, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information; or contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programmes designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; or contains any trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, diminish value of, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information; or
   14. threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offense or prevents investigation of any offense or is insulting any other nation.

1. You may be required to register an account on the Portal in order to access certain Services.
2. You must create only one account and ensure that any information provided by you is not misrepresentative or fake.
3. You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password you use to access the Portal and you agree not to transfer or share such password or user name, or lend or otherwise transfer or make available use or access to the Portal to any third party. You agree to notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or user name or any other breach of security related to your account of which you become aware. You shall be fully responsible for all use of the Portal and any Services that occur in connection with your user name, except to the extent that any unauthorized use is not caused by any breach of your obligations of these Terms.

1. Use Restriction: You must not access the Portal if you are a person who is either barred or otherwise legally prohibited from receiving or using the Service(s) under any applicable law.
2. Services may be made available free of cost or for a specified cost as may be decided by the School from time to time.
3. Third-Party Fees: You may incur access or data fees from third parties (such as your internet provider or mobile carrier) in connection with your use of the Services and/ or Portal. You are solely responsible for the payment of all such fees.
4. Updates: You may need to install updates to the Portal or related software that we introduce from time to time to use the Portal. Services originating from the Portal may communicate with the servers from time to time to check for available updates to the Services and to the functionality of the Portal, such as bug fixes, patches, enhanced functions, missing plug-ins and new versions (collectively, "Updates"). Your use of the Services installed by you may require you to agree to receive such automatically requested Updates.
5. Accuracy of Information: You agree that the information entered by you while creating or updating your profile, or using any of Services is true, current, complete and accurate in all respects. The School is not responsible for any losses arising out of discrepancy in your data. You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality and security of your user account and for all activities that occur on or through your user account. The School is not responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of your user account.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY OF THE SCHOOL, ITS AFFILIATES AND/ OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, CO-BRANDERS, PARTNERS, CONSULTANTS AND EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF (A) THE USE OR DELAY IN USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE OR ACCESS THE PORTAL OR THE SERVICES; (B) LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PORTAL OR THE SERVICES; (C) THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE PORTAL; OR (D) FOR ANY SECURITY BREACH OR ANY VIRUS, BUG, UNAUTHORIZED INTERVENTION, DEFECT, OR TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONING OF THE PORTAL, IN EACH CASE WHETHER OR NOT FORESEEABLE OR WHETHER OR NOT THE SCHOOL, ITS AFFILIATES AND/ OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, CO-BRANDERS, PARTNERS, CONSULTANTS AND EMPLOYEES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF LOSSES, CLAIMS OR DAMAGES, OR BASED ON ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING BREACH OF CONTRACT OR WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, OR ANY OTHER CLAIM ARISING OUT, OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH, YOUR USE OF, OR ACCESS TO, THE PORTAL OR THE CONTENT. FURTHER, NONE OF THE SCHOOL, ITS AFFILIATES AND/ OR THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, CO-BRANDERS, PARTNERS, CONSULTANTS AND EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY TEMPORARY DISABLEMENT, PERMANENT DISCONTINUANCE OR MODIFICATION OF THE PORTAL BY THE SCHOOL OR FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM SUCH ACTIONS.
2. YOU SHALL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING AND MAINTAINING ANY EQUIPMENT AND ANCILLARY SERVICES (INCLUDING THE PAYMENT OF ANY ADDITIONAL FEES THEREFORE) REQUIRED TO CONNECT TO, ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, VIDEO-ENABLED DEVICES, VIDEO COMMUNICATION SERVICES, MODEMS, HARDWARE, SERVERS, SOFTWARE, OPERATING SYSTEMS, NETWORKING, WEB SERVERS, INTERNET AND TELEPHONE SERVICE (COLLECTIVELY, “EQUIPMENT”). YOU WILL ALSO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE SECURITY OF THE EQUIPMENT AND FOR ALL USES OF THE EQUIPMENT WITH OR WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT.
3. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE INFORMATION AND OTHER MATERIALS YOU TRANSMIT THROUGH THE PORTAL OR SHARE WITH OTHER USERS OR RECIPIENTS. YOU WILL NOT TRANSMIT ANY INFORMATION THAT YOU DID NOT CREATE OR THAT YOU DO NOT OWN ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST IN AND TO, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL COPYRIGHT AND RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY CONTAINED THEREIN OR THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO TRANSMIT, INCLUDING BY WAY OF A LICENSE.
4. NONE OF THE SCHOOL, OR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS OR ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, SERVICES AND RELATED CONTENT CONTAINED ON THE PORTAL FOR ANY PURPOSE. ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, SERVICES AND RELATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. EACH OF THE SCHOOL AND ITS REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, CONSULTANTS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS HEREBY DISCLAIM, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, SERVICES AND RELATED CONTENT, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
5. YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE THAT THE SCHOOL SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, ANY MATERIAL OR DATA SENT OR RECEIVED OR NOT SENT OR RECEIVED, OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PORTAL. YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE THAT THE SCHOOL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY THREATENING, DEFAMATORY, OBSCENE, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL SERVICES OR CONDUCT OF ANY OTHER PARTY OR ANY INFRINGEMENT OF ANOTHER'S RIGHTS, INCLUDING INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS. YOU SPECIFICALLY AGREE THAT THE SCHOOL NOT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SERVICES SENT USING AND/OR INCLUDED IN THE PORTAL BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
6. THE SCHOOL TAKES PROPER CARE AND PRECAUTIONS TO ENSURE THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THIS PORTAL IS ACCURATE. HOWEVER, THE SCHOOL CAN NEITHER GUARANTEE NOR DOES IT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR CONNECTED TO, THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, CURRENCY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANYTHING CONTAINED ON THE PORTAL OR ON ANY LINKED SITE.
7. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD EACH OF THE SCHOOL, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, SUBSIDIARIES, OFFICERS, AGENTS, CO-BRANDERS, PARTNERS, CONSULTANTS AND EMPLOYEES HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM OR DEMAND, INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES, MADE BY ANY THIRD PARTY DUE TO OR ARISING OUT OF YOUR SUBMISSONS, YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE/PORTAL, YOUR CONNECTION TO THE WEBSITE, YOUR VIOLATION OF THE TERMS OF USE, OR YOUR VIOLATION OF ANY RIGHTS OF ANOTHER.

Unless otherwise provided in these Terms, the Services offered to you may be terminated by the School without assigning any reasons at any time at the sole discretion of the School. Upon termination/ suspension, you shall not have the right to use or access the Portal/ Services. Further, in case of any non-compliance with applicable laws, rules or regulations prevalent in India, these Terms or the privacy policy, the School shall be entitled to immediately terminate or suspend your access to or usage of the Portal and remove any non-compliant information without reference to you.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction with respect to any disputes arising in relation to these Terms.

The School shall be under no liability whatsoever in the event of non-availability of any portion of the Portal, Services or subscribed content due to an act of God, war, disease, revolution, riot, civil commotion, strike, lockout, flood, fire, failure of any public utility, manmade disaster, infrastructure failure or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of the School.

If any of these Terms are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, such part of these Terms will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.
