Mathematics Educator

Roles and Responsibility:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons for High School students, aligning with the DP curricula.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking in the realm of Mathematics.
• Implement diverse teaching strategies to accommodate various learning styles within a multicultural student body.
• Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual growth in mathematical understanding.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance interdisciplinary connections and promote a cohesive educational experience.
• Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience in Mathematics.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and advancements in Mathematics education.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Recent and relevant professional development in teaching and learning.
• Experience in using and understanding design technology to develop learning units.
• Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Experience working in an IB Diploma / IGCSE/ICSC school or pre-university
